Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services to school students at the Hans Wellness Centre
• Supervise daily operations and activities of the health centre team
• Coordinate with ANM staff and examine referred cases
• Refer patients to higher healthcare centres when required
• Conduct awareness programs on health and hygiene in schools and communities
• Monitor and analyze trends of communicable and non-communicable diseases
• Inspect and ensure proper availability of medical equipment and instruments
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and digital health records
• Participate in periodic review meetings organized by the foundation
• Conduct home visits for students when required by the project team
• Prepare documentation including monthly reports, progress updates, and case studies
• Coordinate with pharmacy representatives and verify invoices against prescriptions

Qualification

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in public health programs
• Experience in pediatric care or community health programs preferred
• Experience in the social development sector or community-based projects is desirable
