Medical Manager Oncology (North India)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead Medical Affairs activities in the assigned oncology territory
• Ensure scientific integrity and alignment with global and local medical strategies
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and oncology healthcare professionals
• Consolidate and communicate medical insights, trends, and unmet needs from the field
• Drive engagement on educational and scientific content across multiple tumor types
• Develop and execute Medical Key Thought Leader development plans
• Ensure timely implementation of Medical Affairs strategic plans
• Respond to medical queries from healthcare professionals
• Act as medical liaison and facilitator for Investigator-Sponsored Studies
• Support and train healthcare professionals including contracted speakers
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives in medical communication

Qualification
• MD Pharmacology, MBBS, MDS, BDS, PharmD, PhD, Immunologist, Biotechnology, or equivalent

Experience
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Medical Affairs
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas preferred
• Oncology experience strongly preferred

Skills
• Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in oncology
• Ability to engage oncologists across multiple tumor types
• Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and insight generation capabilities
• Experience in digital medical communication
• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role
