Medical Expert

Role & Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of patient-focused medical strategies for prioritized disease areas.
• Deliver tangible medical value to the healthcare ecosystem and ensure early patient access to innovative medicines.
• Synthesize and integrate insights into relevant brand and cluster strategies.
• Participate in launch squads and lifecycle management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Act as the primary custodian of prioritized disease area data, ensuring credible scientific communication.
• Lead and develop evidence generation projects, including clinical protocols, Real-World Evidence (RWE), and digital initiatives.
• Ensure medical appropriateness of patient access materials and promotional deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with external experts and scientific societies for scientific exchange.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company SOPs for all medical activities.
• Support clinical operations with investigator-initiated studies, study materials, and site mapping.

Qualification
• MBBS/MD or advanced medical degree.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

• Knowledge of the Indian regulatory, policy, and healthcare landscape at national and regional levels.
