Medical Doctor (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote medical assessments via video and audio calls for pre-insurance evaluation
• Record vital parameters and detailed medical history using predefined questionnaires
• Ask appropriate follow-up questions based on client’s medical history (Yes/No responses)
• Accurately fill and submit online medical forms at the end of each call
• Ensure compliance with Ecure Healthcare guidelines and maintain strict client confidentiality
• Complete assigned calls within stipulated timelines
• Participate in training sessions and demo calls before onboarding

Qualification:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid medical license with any State Medical Council

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors can apply
• Prior experience in telemedicine or insurance medical assessment is an advantage

Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and English (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu preferred)
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle online forms
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
