Job Description
DISC – Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic is seeking an experienced physician-leader to join its Executive Committee as Medical Director. This role carries full clinical and P&L accountability, overseeing multidisciplinary healthcare services across UAE locations while driving innovation, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities
• Hold full P&L accountability across UAE clinical operations
• Drive clinic utilization and healthcare professional productivity

• Manage credentialing, licensing, and clinician performance lifecycle
• Lead clinical committees, patient safety, and risk management

Required Qualification
• Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent)

• 12+ years of clinical experience
• Minimum 5 years in senior clinical leadership
• Proven P&L management experience
• Experience in multi-site healthcare operations in GCC
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations
