Job Description
Recex is hiring Medical Data Annotators for its client, RNT Health Insights, to support AI-assisted cancer detection technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. The position involves reviewing and annotating endoscopic videos and medical images to ensure high-quality datasets for AI model training.

Responsibilities
• Review and annotate endoscopic videos and images
• Identify and label abnormalities such as lesions, polyps, ulcers, and suspicious cancer areas
• Follow standardized annotation protocols
• Collaborate with clinical experts to validate annotations
• Conduct quality assurance checks on annotated datasets
• Maintain documentation in compliance with medical-device regulatory standards
• Provide feedback to enhance annotation processes and tools

Required Qualifications
• Prior experience in medical data annotation or related work
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Basic understanding of human anatomy and pathology
• Familiarity with medical imaging software and annotation platforms
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related healthcare field

Experience and Skills:
• Knowledge of gastrointestinal diseases preferred
• Familiarity with GI endoscopy procedures is an advantage
• Experience with tools such as Labelbox, CVAT, or similar platforms
• Understanding of regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO 13485 preferred
• Ability to handle repetitive and detail-oriented tasks
