About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact between patients, hospitals, and HexaHealth
• Engage with patients through structured conversations to explain treatment options and services
• Assess patient health profiles and recommend appropriate doctors, specialists, and hospitals
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, and treatment journeys
• Review and explain medical reports to patients, addressing concerns and queries
• Provide continuous patient support throughout the care process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners and doctors
• Support patient conversions by guiding informed healthcare decisions
• Ensure high patient satisfaction through empathetic and professional communication
Qualification
• BDS / BAMS / BHMS
• Medical or healthcare-related qualification is mandatory
Experience
• Freshers or candidates with experience in sales, coordination, or patient-facing roles
• Experience in healthcare coordination or customer engagement is an advantage
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong patient-centric approach
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
