Medical Consulting Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Assess international patient medical requirements and align with suitable hospitals and specialists.
• Coordinate with internationally accredited hospitals for treatment plans, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Communicate empathetically and professionally with international patients.
• Assist senior consultants in managing patient journeys and ensure accurate documentation.
• Address patient queries with clinical clarity, while maintaining non-clinical boundaries.
• Contribute to improving patient experience and internal healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Experience

• Medical graduates (freshers are welcome).

Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, responsibility-driven environment.
• Comfortable working day or night shifts.
