Medical Coding Fresher

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Convert patient health information into alphanumeric medical codes
• Review medical records including diagnosis, procedures, and physician notes
• Assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes for medical claims
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient data
• Support billing and reimbursement processes

QUALIFICATIONS:
• UG/PG Life Science or Paramedical Graduates
• Eligible degrees include BDS, BPT, Physiotherapy, Physician Assistant, Clinical Nutrition, Radiology & Imaging Technology, Dialysis Technology, Cardiac Technology, Optometry, Respiratory Therapy, and other Paramedical courses

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and analytical ability
• Willingness to learn medical coding standards
