Roles & Responsibilities
• Convert healthcare-related text into standardized diagnosis and procedure codes
• Assign accurate ICD-10 CM and CPT codes for medical records
• Review clinical documents to ensure coding accuracy and compliance
• Support medical billing and revenue cycle management processes
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information
• Follow coding guidelines, policies, and quality standards
Qualifications
• Eligible degrees include Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Microbiology, Nursing, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, BDS, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, and allied health sciences
Experience
• 0–1 year of experience
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
Skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Understanding of ICD-10 CM and CPT coding systems
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
