Medical Business Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in the assigned territory
• Drive prescription demand by delivering clear, accurate, and science-based product information to healthcare professionals
• Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insights and local market needs
• Achieve call targets with a focused approach on priority healthcare practitioners
• Record, track, and report field activities and outcomes accurately using company systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve patient access
• Continuously update knowledge on clinical evidence, products, and market trends

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Science / Pharmacy preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales will be an advantage

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals
• Good planning, organization, and time-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, patient-focused, and adaptable to a field-based role
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
