Medical Affairs

Role & Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary scientific face of the organization to physicians for the assigned therapy area
• Provide medical and scientific information to external and internal stakeholders on appropriate use of company products and on disease/therapy area knowledge
• Work as a field-based Medical Science Liaison, aligned to Brand Team objectives and the therapeutic area Medical Plan
• Proactively build healthcare provider support using a scientific approach aligned with the franchise/brand plan
• Engage identified Key Scientific Leaders (KSLs/KOLs) through medical affairs activities on an ongoing basis
• Identify, map, and profile scientific leaders across the assigned geography and therapy area
• Act as a credible, valued scientific representative in interactions with key stakeholders across the region

Qualification
• BSc or B.Pharm

Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an MSL role

Skills
• Scientific communication and medical information delivery
• KOL/KSL engagement and relationship management
• Therapy area and disease state knowledge
• Stakeholder management and field collaboration with brand teams
• Scientific leader mapping, profiling, and territory planning
