Medical Advisor Vaccines

Role & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute country Medical Affairs plan aligned with global medical strategies
• Translate global medical goals into local tactics to enhance scientific exchange and improve patient outcomes
• Build strong relationships with the external scientific community through peer-to-peer engagement, research collaborations, and educational initiatives
• Provide non-promotional, balanced, and compliant scientific information in line with company standards and local regulations
• Lead country Group Input Meetings and consolidate actionable medical insights to inform company strategies
• Design and execute scientific educational activities to position the organization as a trusted scientific partner
• Support global and local clinical research activities and identify appropriate local sites and investigators
• Conduct medical training for Commercial, Market Access, Sales, and Regulatory teams
• Provide pre-license patient access support where required
• Ensure timely adverse event reporting and collaborate with the local Pharmacovigilance team for accurate safety data assessment and reporting

Qualification
• Physician (MBBS/MD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Strong scientific background with understanding of Medical Affairs
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Medical Affairs department preferred
• Experience in Vaccines therapy area preferred
