Job Role & Responsibilities
• Perform basic dental procedures including crown cutting, RCTs, and delivery
• Diagnose patients and plan appropriate dental treatments
• Assist in surgical procedures and OT duties when required
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital protocols
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and professionally
• Willingness to work, learn, and grow in a multispeciality hospital environment
Qualifications
• BDS or MDS from a recognized dental institution
• MDS freshers can apply
Experience
• 0–3 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 3 years preferred but not mandatory
Skills Required
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities
• Ability to perform basic dental procedures independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Team-oriented and professional approach
