Roles & Responsibilities
• Meet and cover assigned doctors, chemists, and stockists as per territory plan and company strategy
• Generate prescriptions and achieve assigned primary and secondary sales targets
• Improve territory business and contribute to brand growth and market share
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
• Execute promotional activities and brand campaigns effectively in the field
• Manage product distribution and minimize losses due to expiry or breakage
• Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities
• Prepare monthly and annual territory plans and sales reports
• Generate orders from distributors and stockists and ensure timely payment collection as per company policy
Qualification
• B.Pharm or B.Sc (preferred)
• D.Pharm with minimum 1 year of experience
• Non-science graduates with relevant pharmaceutical sales experience may also be considered
Experience
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
• Freshers with strong communication skills and field readiness can apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good product detailing and presentation abilities
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Knowledge of pharma sales processes and territory management
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
