Market Access Manager Rare Disease (Pharmacy)
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support MA Head and Commercial Team in developing and executing pricing strategies
• Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders influencing access decisions in major hospitals and institutions
• Work cross-functionally to drive market access objectives and remove access barriers
• Act as a liaison between Market Access and other internal teams through effective influence and collaboration
• Monitor access environment and recommend strategic actions
• Ensure value-based discussions aligned with AZ product positioning
• Uphold AstraZeneca’s Code of Ethics and ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate standards
• Timely reporting of adverse events, compliance issues, and conflict of interest updates
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• 1+ year experience in patient access, market access, or key account / stakeholder management
• Experience in Saudi market preferred
• For internal candidates: minimum 1 year in current AZ role with strong governance and compliance record
