About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve early and sustainable market access for existing and new launches
• Establish market access strategies, objectives, and tactical plans aligned with brand priorities
• Drive formulary listings and access expansion through collaboration with GA, KAMs, marketing, medical, and sales teams
• Identify stakeholder priorities, partnership opportunities, risks, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Monitor policy, pricing, and access environment trends and recommend proactive actions
• Implement short-term tactics and long-term access strategies across the product life cycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, payers, and influencers
• Engage with government and private organizations to position AZ products effectively
• Lead pre-launch market access planning and execution
• Develop pricing and contracting strategies in collaboration with MA Head and commercial teams
• Generate payer-relevant evidence through HEOR, RWE, clinical trials, literature reviews, and meta-analyses
• Build strong, localized value propositions supported by robust evidence
• Initiate innovative access projects that create win-win partnerships and remove access barriers
Stakeholder Management
• Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans aligned with country and MA leadership
• Track and report progress of access tactical plans
• Maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships
Pricing Responsibilities
• Support pricing and reimbursement strategy to maximize product lifetime value
• Assess competitive pricing landscape and regulatory impacts
• Develop innovative pricing models and managed entry agreements
• Collaborate closely with MA Head, pricing, and commercial teams
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Market Access, Patient Access, or Key Account Management
• Experience in the Saudi market preferred
• Internal candidates: 1+ year in current AZ role with strong performance and compliance record
