Market Access Executive/Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of market access strategies across government, private hospitals, insurance, and distributor channels
• Assist with pricing, reimbursement, and coding submissions to insurance companies, PBMs, and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to align market access with commercial objectives
• Support tender participation, hospital listings, and payer negotiations under leadership guidance
• Conduct payer and market landscape analysis including reimbursement pathways and formulary status
• Assist in preparing value dossiers, payer presentations, and access documentation
• Track reimbursement approvals, formulary inclusions, and market access performance metrics
• Build relationships with insurance providers, hospital procurement teams, distributors, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor policy, pricing, and reimbursement updates and communicate insights internally

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field
• MBA or MPH preferred

Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Insurance, Claims, or related healthcare roles
• Exposure to UAE/GCC payer systems and reimbursement processes preferred
• Experience in insurance authorization, hospital access, or tender processes is an advantage

Skills

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market access and reimbursement systems
• Analytical and reporting skills with strong documentation ability
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
