Manufacturing - Formulations

Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute bulk manufacturing operations for creams, ointments, gels, and other topical formulations
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such as mixers, homogenizers, and reactors
• Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOP guidelines
• Ensure process parameters are maintained within defined limits
• Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and in-process controls
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with GMP standards
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) / M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) / Diploma / ITI (Electrical / Mechanical) / D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)

Experience
• 1 to 7 years of experience in bulk manufacturing of semisolid/topical formulations

Skills
• Strong knowledge of topical and semisolid dosage form manufacturing
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
• Equipment handling and process monitoring expertise
• Ability to work in shift operations
• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
