Manager Medical Science Liaison

Roles & Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including senior doctors, medical directors, and department heads
• Conduct one-on-one scientific interactions to understand stakeholder needs and address concerns
• Present clinical evidence, research findings, and product efficacy data to healthcare professionals
• Advocate Dozee’s AI-powered contactless monitoring solutions in hospitals
• Demonstrate product features emphasizing patient safety and operational efficiency
• Gather structured feedback from KOLs and relay insights to internal teams
• Act as primary liaison between Dozee and the medical community
• Support integration of Dozee’s solutions into hospital workflows
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to align engagement strategies
• Assist in developing evidence-based marketing and scientific content
• Maintain detailed records of KOL interactions and engagement progress
• Prepare regular reports on stakeholder activities and business impact
• Travel extensively (15+ days per month) for stakeholder engagement

Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field

Experience
• 5+ years experience as Senior Medical Representative or similar scientific engagement role
• Proven experience interacting with doctors on research findings and clinical trial data
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and hospital operations
