Manager Evidence

Role & Responsibilities
• Lead non-interventional studies using real-world data aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans
• Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and support data analysis and interpretation
• Ensure scientific rigor across evidence strategy, study design, and analytical approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders for evidence planning
• Support development and execution of innovative evidence generation strategies and methodologies
• Provide scientific oversight for country-level real-world studies and related publications
• Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in evidence generation
• Translate complex scientific insights into clear, actionable communication for diverse audiences

Qualification
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in evidence generation, real-world evidence, or outcomes research
• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or academic research environments preferred
• Proven experience designing and delivering non-interventional studies
