Manager - Data & Process Management
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive technical innovation and operational excellence across data management and analytics workflows
• Ensure data availability, quality, completeness, and consistency across commercial and omnichannel datasets
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks, data cataloguing, profiling, and governance strategies
• Support forecasting, targeting, field reporting, incentive compensation, and commercial analytics operations
• Lead automation initiatives and develop advanced analytical tools to improve productivity and efficiency
• Provide technical expertise, quality assurance, and process optimization across projects
• Track team deliverables, resolve technical challenges, and maintain defined quality standards
• Support hiring, technical skill development, and knowledge sharing within the team
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery
• Provide training and guidance to business users on data usage and best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and risk management standards
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, Management, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA/Masters/PhD) preferred
Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial datasets, data governance, and data stewardship
• Strong experience working with syndicated pharma data, specialty pharmacy, and omnichannel datasets
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Veeva, APLD, OneKey, Xponent, LAAD, SFMC, or similar
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python, Informatica, or similar data platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance, stewardship, data quality frameworks, and commercial data strategy
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Smartsheet, or Alteryx
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and automation strategies
• Experience supporting commercial analytics functions such as field deployment, incentive compensation, or reporting is preferred
