Manager, Clinical Delivery Services

Role & Responsibilities
• Hire, manage, mentor, and develop a team of Study Delivery Associates and Senior Associates.
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members in collaboration with R&D Training.
• Manage team performance, capacity, attrition risks, and continuous development.
• Allocate resources effectively in partnership with Resource Points of Contact.
• Ensure team readiness and high-quality operational support to clinical programs.
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption.
• Act as escalation point for performance issues and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and inspection readiness.

Qualifications
• Doctorate degree OR
• Master’s degree with 8+ years of clinical execution experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of clinical execution experience

Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in life sciences with strong clinical trial exposure.
• At least 3 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience.
• Proven people management and resource planning/allocation experience.

Skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Solid understanding of clinical drug development and trial execution.
• Experience with study budgets, financial oversight, and risk-based monitoring.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
