Job Description
APDM Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and supporting strategic expansion initiatives.
This leadership role requires strong market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across regulatory, production, and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications
• 8 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical Business Development

• Experience in handling domestic and/or export markets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – Mandatory
• Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) – Preferred
• MBA in Marketing or Business Management (advantageous but not mandatory)
