About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Undergo 1-year structured Management Trainee Programme including classroom training, leadership camps, and on-the-job exposure
• Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and quality control activities
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation as per Government and industry standards
• Participate in supply chain, procurement, and healthcare service operations
• Contribute to retail pharmacy operations under AMRIT and HLL Pharmacies
• Assist in diagnostic and healthcare service verticals under HINDLABS
• Work on cross-functional assignments across units, subsidiaries, and projects in India or abroad
• Support organizational operational excellence and sustainable growth initiatives
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations
Qualification
• Full-time B.Pharm with minimum 65% aggregate marks from a reputed institution
• Minimum 60% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates (5% relaxation as per norms)
• Qualification must be recognized by AICTE / appropriate Indian Authority
• CGPA to percentage conversion certificate required (if applicable)

• Candidates should be willing to undergo training and relocation as per company requirement
• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01.02.2026 (Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules)

Selection Process
• Phase I – Computer Based Test (90 Minutes, 100 Questions)
• Part I: General Arithmetic, English, Logical Reasoning, GK, Aptitude (50 Marks)
• Part II: Domain/Pharma Knowledge (50 Marks)
• Phase II – Preliminary Interview
• Psychometric Assessment
• Final Interview & Document Verification
• Final selection based on interview performance and organizational requirement
Compensation
• Stipend during training: Basic Pay ₹40,000 per month + DA (E1 Level – Deputy Manager Grade)
• On successful completion of 1-year training: Regularization in Deputy Manager (E1 Grade)
• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
Application Fee
• ₹1,000 + applicable GST for General/OBC/EWS candidates
• SC/ST/PwD candidates exempted
Service Bond
• Mandatory 60 months service commitment
• ₹3,00,000 service agreement bond at the time of joining
