Roles & Responsibilities
• Support B2B marketing and sales activities for herbal extracts, pharmaceutical intermediates, and organic chemicals
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities with industrial and institutional clients
• Conduct basic market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and assist with commercial documentation
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
• Maintain customer databases, track inquiries, and follow up on leads
• Participate in client interactions, plant visits, and industry exhibitions as required
• Support relationship management with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Learn and apply industrial marketing strategies under the guidance of senior team members
• Meet assigned learning objectives and performance targets during the training period
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Management
• MBA / BBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development will be preferred
Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of B2B or industrial marketing concepts
• Strong learning attitude and adaptability in a technical sales environment
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
