About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Provide critical nursing care to patients in ICU settings including MICU, SICU, and CCU
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients using advanced life support protocols
• Assist physicians during ICU procedures and emergency interventions
• Administer medications, ventilator care, and life-support treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary critical care teams
Qualification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
Experience
• 3 to 5 years of ICU nursing experience
• Experience in MICU, SICU, or CCU settings
Skills
• Critical care and ICU nursing skills
• Ventilator and life-support management
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Ability to work under pressure in critical care environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
