Junior Resident

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical care to patients under supervision of senior doctors
• Participate in OPD, IPD, ward rounds, and emergency duties
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow hospital protocols, ethical standards, and clinical guidelines
• Support departmental academic and clinical activities

Qualification
• MBBS

Experience
• Internship completed
• Relevant hospital-based clinical experience preferred

Skills
• Strong basic clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a hospital and team-based environment
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and emergency settings

Age Limit
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 45 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per organisation norms

Pay Scale
• ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month
