Junior Resident

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide medical care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency services
• Assist senior doctors and consultants in diagnosis, treatment, and procedures
• Perform routine clinical examinations and patient assessments
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
• Participate in ward rounds, emergency duties, and on-call schedules
• Follow hospital SOPs, clinical guidelines, and ethical medical practices
• Support hospital clinical services and public healthcare activities

Qualification
• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
• Valid registration with State Medical Council / National Medical Commission

Experience
• Fresh MBBS graduates are eligible
• Completion of compulsory internship as per MBBS norms

Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

• Sound clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work under supervision in a hospital environment
• Willingness to work in emergency and rotational duties
• High standards of medical ethics and patient safety
