Junior Resident

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency departments
• Assist senior doctors and consultants in diagnosis, treatment, and procedures
• Perform routine clinical examinations and patient assessments
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
• Participate in ward rounds, emergency duties, and on-call rotations
• Follow hospital protocols, SOPs, and ethical medical practices
• Support hospital public health and clinical service delivery activities

Qualification
• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
• Valid registration with State Medical Council / National Medical Commission

• Fresh MBBS graduates are eligible
• Previous internship completion as per MBBS norms

Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Salary
• Minimum: Rs. 56,100 per month
• Maximum: Rs. 1,77,500 per month
