Junior Resident

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients under the supervision of senior doctors and consultants.
• Perform patient examination, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as per hospital protocols.
• Assist in ward duties, emergency services, and outpatient departments as assigned.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with AIIMS guidelines.
• Participate in academic activities, clinical meetings, and patient care audits.
• Follow ethical medical practices and ensure patient safety at all times.

Qualification

• MBBS degree from a recognised medical college/institution.
• Must be registered with NMC / State Medical Council.

Experience

• Fresh MBBS graduates are eligible.
• Prior internship or clinical exposure in a hospital setting will be an advantage.

Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge and basic diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and patient-handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Team-oriented approach with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic computer skills for medical documentation.
