Junior Resident

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical care to patients under the supervision of senior doctors and consultants
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management across assigned departments
• Participate in ward rounds, OPD services, emergency duties, and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation
• Follow institutional protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines
• Support academic, teaching, and research activities as required
• Coordinate with nursing staff, paramedical teams, and other departments

Qualification
• MBBS degree from a recognized university
• Must be registered with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council

• Fresh MBBS graduates are eligible
• Prior internship completion is mandatory
