Junior Resident Doctor

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Examine patients and record detailed case histories
• Diagnose dental conditions and provide appropriate treatment plans
• Perform dental procedures including scaling, fillings, basic RCT cases, and extractions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure ethical practice
• Communicate effectively with patients and guide them on oral hygiene
• Work collaboratively with visiting specialists and clinic staff
• Handle patients with care and maintain professionalism

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Registered with Telangana State Dental Council

EXPERIENCE:
• Fresher or experienced candidates with clinical confidence in general dentistry can apply
• Prior experience in scaling, fillings, extractions, and basic RCT cases preferred

SKILLS:
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in performing routine dental procedures
• Attention to detail and ethical approach to dental care
• Willingness to work long-term and adapt to clinic workflow
