Junior Physiotherapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions focusing on musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with senior physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution
• Valid license or registration with the appropriate physiotherapy regulatory body
• Relevant certifications in physiotherapy will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:
• Freshers or junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Internship or clinical exposure in physiotherapy will be preferred

SKILLS:
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Good knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic physiotherapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented clinical environment
