Junior Physiotherapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess clients’ physical condition, mobility, posture, and fitness levels to identify injuries, musculoskeletal issues, or movement dysfunctions
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, massage, stretches, taping, and guided exercises
• Oversee rehabilitation and corrective exercises ensuring proper form and safety
• Educate clients on injury prevention, posture correction, exercise techniques, and safe workout practices
• Work closely with fitness coaches to deliver a holistic health and performance approach
• Support elderly clients by improving mobility, balance, and daily functioning with a focus on fall prevention
• Motivate and encourage clients to achieve rehabilitation and fitness goals
• Maintain accurate client records and progress documentation
• Enable clients to lead an active, pain-free, and healthier lifestyle

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from a UGC-recognized university
• Must have cleared the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Valid Physiotherapy license

EXPERIENCE:
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)

SKILLS:
• Strong hands-on physiotherapy and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to treat clients with empathy, dignity, and respect
• Comfort working in a fast-paced fitness and wellness environment
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Willingness to learn, unlearn, and adapt to new fitness and therapy approaches
