Junior Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Record patient medical history, symptoms, and maintain accurate healthcare documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct nursing assessments and perform point-of-care tests
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the medical team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
• Provide bedside care and support to sick, injured, disabled, or recovering patients
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery plans
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper operation of medical equipment
• Attend regular in-service education and training programs

QUALIFICATION:
• Graduate with 1st division in 10th and 12th
• GNM Nursing / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing / BPT

EXPERIENCE:
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing or patient care

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient monitoring and care planning
• Team building and collaboration
• Listening and coordination skills
• Initiative with a compassionate approach toward patients
• Computer literacy
