Junior Dentist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with senior dentists
• Carry out basic dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Assist senior dentists during dental procedures and surgeries
• Coordinate with patients on the day of home or partner clinic scans to ensure timely arrival
• Ensure all home and partner clinic appointments are completed within the defined TAT
• Upload scan files and intra/extra oral photographs within TAT, ensuring correct storage and documentation
• Work closely with the Chief General Dentist and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care
• Build and maintain relationships with dental clinic chains and senior dentists through outreach and trade fair participation
• Stay updated with advancements in dentistry such as aligners and implants through continuous learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid dental license/registration to practice in India

Experience:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of clinical experience
