Junior Dental Associate

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Examine patients, record case histories, and perform accurate diagnoses
• Take dental impressions and perform oral prophylaxis
• Provide routine and advanced dental treatments including restorative care, endodontics, implant placements, and cosmetic procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control protocols
• Participate in treatment planning and learn complex procedures such as smile designing and rotary endodontics
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff and support ethical dental practices

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Registration with the respective State Dental Council

EXPERIENCE:
• 0–6 years of experience as a dental associate
• Exposure to endodontics, implantology, and cosmetic dentistry is a plus

SKILLS:
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform dental procedures confidently and accurately
• Willingness to learn and develop advanced clinical skills
• Hardworking, dedicated, and committed to patient care
