Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive store revenue growth and achieve daily sales targets
• Maintain proper arrangement, cleanliness, and availability of products and inventory
• Ensure store hygiene and a welcoming environment for customers
• Handle and safeguard store assets including medicines, devices, and equipment
• Assist customers with product selection, usage guidance, and suitable alternatives
• Process in-store sales and home delivery orders as per company policies
• Maintain and update customer and inventory records accurately
• Promote and enroll customers into the company’s membership program
Qualification
• D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in running a pharmacy or medical store
Skills
• Good knowledge of medicines, indications, alternatives, and side effects
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Customer handling and sales skills
• Inventory and store management capability
• Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred
