Jr. Officer / Officer - Production (API)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute planned production activities as per production schedule and approved SOPs
• Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Processing Records (BPR)
• Monitor and manage shop floor activities ensuring compliance with GMP standards
• Operate and oversee API manufacturing processes as per quality and safety norms
• Monitor equipment performance and report deviations or abnormalities
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and data integrity principles
• Maintain accurate production documentation and support audit readiness

Qualification
• B.E. (Chemical Engineering) or
• M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in API production
• Experience in handling shop floor activities and GMP-compliant manufacturing
• Experienced male candidates preferred as per plant requirement

Skills
• Strong understanding of API manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in BMR/BPR documentation
• Good knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage shop floor operations effectively
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Dewas, Madhya Pradesh
