About the Role

Roles & Responsibilites
• Conduct fertility assessments and evaluate patient reproductive health
• Design, monitor, and manage fertility treatment plans
• Perform infertility management procedures including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF/ICSI
• Perform follicular monitoring, OPU, and ET independently
• Counsel patients throughout the fertility treatment process
• Collaborate with doctors and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain patient records and monitor treatment outcomes

Qualification
• MS/MD/DNB/DGO in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from a recognized institute
• Bachelor’s degree

Experience
• Experience in infertility management including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF/ICSI

Skills
• Basic life support
• Communication and counselling skills
• Patient assessment and patient monitoring
• Patient care and clinical management
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams
• Experience with EMR systems (preferred)
