IVF - RN Nurse

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of IVF treatment, including patient education, medication administration, and monitoring
• Perform nursing assessments, collect medical histories, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support physicians during procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and ultrasounds
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout the treatment process
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and clinical protocols
• Monitor and manage patient progress, recognizing and responding to any complications
• Administer medications, including injections, as required
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment for patients and staff

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience with IVF procedures

Skills

• Strong nursing skills and understanding of IVF procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work in a team and provide empathetic support
• Knowledge of DOH regulations, infection control, and clinical protocols
