About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Review inpatient medical records for accurate DRG assignment
• Apply ICD coding guidelines in compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyze clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy
• Identify and correct errors impacting reimbursement and compliance
• Support revenue cycle management through accurate data abstraction
• Maintain quality standards in inpatient medical coding processes
• Collaborate with internal teams during audits and reviews

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Records, or related health disciplines

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year relevant exposure

Skills: Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology; ability to learn and apply ICD-10 coding and DRG concepts; analytical mindset with attention to detail; good communication and documentation skills; basic knowledge of healthcare operations/RCM is a plus
