Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze state health systems and public/private payor ecosystems for readiness to adopt outcome-based payment models
• Assess feasibility and applicability of outcome-based payor models across therapy areas
• Evaluate and define relevant clinical and economic outcome metrics for proposed products
• Benchmark outcome-based access models implemented by Novartis and competitors in cardiology, oncology, and rare disease portfolios
• Design strategic and tactical market access plans to support inclusion of innovative therapies
• Develop value communication materials, technical proposals, and value dossiers for Novartis product portfolio
• Support inclusion of products into payor ecosystems using outcome-based access frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Health, or related discipline
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or management consulting industries
• Prior exposure to public or private stakeholders within the global health ecosystem preferred
Skills
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication (written and verbal) abilities
• Capability to develop value dossiers, access proposals, and partnership documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams
