Injury Management Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver workplace injury management and rehabilitation services across the South West region
• Develop and implement individual Return to Work (RTW) programs for injured workers
• Provide specialist technical advice to employers, insurers, and key stakeholders
• Manage Workers Compensation, ComCare, and non-compensation cases where applicable
• Conduct workplace assessments, case management, and stakeholder meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with regulatory requirements
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients and referral partners

Qualifications:
• Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist
• Current professional accreditation with ESSA, AHPRA, or relevant accredited body

Experience:
• Experience in Injury Management Services preferred
• Experience within Workers Compensation, ComCare, or non-compensation schemes advantageous

Skills:
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide clear and practical technical advice
• Effective case management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible workload
• Proficiency in computing and documentation systems
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to obtain Federal Police Clearance

Working Hours:
• 9-day fortnight (Work 9 days, paid for 10)
