About the Role
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform All-on-4 and complex full-arch implant surgeries
• Develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans with support from imaging, lab, and surgical coordination teams
• Collaborate with restorative clinicians and internal prosthetic workflows
• Utilize advanced digital planning tools such as CBCT, intraoral scanning, and guided surgery
• Participate in clinical development meetings and mentorship opportunities
• Contribute to best practices in advanced implant care
• Optionally support training and mentorship programs for clinicians
QUALIFICATION:
• AHPRA-registered Dentist
• Advanced surgical training in implantology preferred
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Proven expertise in All-on-4 or full-arch implant surgery
SKILLS:
• Strong technical and surgical abilities
• Expertise in case planning and patient communication

• Ability to work in a high-volume, systemized clinical environment
