Hydrotherapy Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments to determine patient suitability for hydrotherapy
• Design and implement individualized hydrotherapy treatment plans based on diagnosis, goals, and functional limitations
• Conduct aquatic therapy sessions using appropriate techniques for pain relief, mobility, strength, balance, and rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress, modify programs as required, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Assist post-trauma, post-operative, neurological, and orthopedic patients in regaining mobility and functional independence
• Ensure pool safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols are strictly followed
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with doctors, consultants, and other therapists for holistic patient care
• Participate in case discussions, reviews, and clinical audits
• Support community programs, wellness initiatives, and rehabilitation camps when required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Mandatory Certification in Hydrotherapy / Aquatic Therapy

Experience:
• 1–3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy (hydrotherapy experience preferred)
