Home-Based Physiotherapist

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy sessions at patients’ residences
• Assess patients’ mobility, pain levels, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide exercises for recovery and pain management
• Educate patients and families on self-management techniques and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress and outcomes
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Qualifications

• Graduation in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehab methods, and patient assessment

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in home physiotherapy or related physiotherapy roles preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Flexibility to travel to patient locations
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
