Healthcare Systems Partner

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the Access strategy for the State Cluster to address access barriers and deliver superior outcomes for patients in Roche's relevant disease areas.
• Lead collaborations with external stakeholders (government officials, healthcare providers, public health organizations, NGOs, academia) to co-create solutions that ensure quality patient care.
• Build strategic partnerships with policymakers, influencers, NGOs, and patient organizations to support Roche’s strategic goals.
• Co-create partnership agreements and strengthen strategic alliances with partners, in alignment with Roche’s Access strategy.
• Leverage access solutions from the Access Centre of Excellence to enhance funding and healthcare capacity for innovation.
• Share best practices with Access Partners in other State Clusters and support the delivery of national projects.

Qualification
• Relevant Post-graduate degree (MBBS, MBA, MHA, MPH, Masters in Public Policy, Masters in Communications, or equivalent) from premier institutes.

Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in public health, health development, market access, or strategy roles.
