Healthcare Research & Data Analyst / Senior Healthcare Research & Data Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end market research projects across CNS & Ophthalmology indications
• Conduct primary and secondary research, clinical trial assessment, competitive intelligence, and forecasting
• Analyze complex clinical and commercial data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare high-quality, client-ready deliverables including reports, slide decks, and presentations
• Communicate insights clearly to global biopharma and pharma stakeholders
• Conduct expert interviews and surveys with healthcare professionals
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting timelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle ad hoc requests
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on CNS drug development trends and market dynamics

Qualification
• Master’s or higher degree (PhD / MBA preferred) in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field

Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, biopharma, market research, insights & analytics, or related domains
• Experience with pharmaceutical or biopharma clients preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge or interest in CNS (neurology, psychiatry, pain) and/or ophthalmology
• Market research, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Ability to interpret complex datasets; SQL exposure is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
